Gymnastics is a wonderful sport to get involved in, no matter your age. North Cotswold Gymnastics and Trampolining Academy offer Adult classes, for ex gymnasts, or complete beginners.
Adult gymnastics is a fantastic way to exercise and is lots of fun. Learn new skills, build strength, increase flexibility, improve coordination and overcome fear. With full use of the gymnastics equipment, you can get an all over body work out!
